You are entering into a digital asset transaction that involves the conversion of your selected fiat currency (e.g., U.S. Dollars) into stablecoins and the subsequent delivery of the resulting stablecoins to a digital asset wallet address selected and provided by you. This transaction is subject to the zerohash user agreement. By entering into this transaction you understand and agree that:
- The value of this transaction is in an amount selected by you through the front-end web or mobile application through which you have accessed this digital asset transaction service (the “Platform”).
- Unless otherwise specified through the Platform, your assets shall be converted at the prevailing market rate for your selected stablecoin. The conversion rate may not equal $1.00, and stablecoins may “de-peg” from their intended value.
- The fees applicable to this transaction are displayed to you through the Platform and are reflected in the final amount that shall be delivered to your selected destination digital wallet address.
- The digital asset service provided is not insured or guaranteed by an agency of the United States, such as the federal deposit insurance corporation or the securities investor protection corporation or by private insurance against theft or loss, including cyber theft or theft by other means.
- Once executed, a digital asset transaction, including a stablecoin transaction, cannot be undone.
- The nature of digital assets may lead to an increased risk of fraud or cyber attack and the virtual currency value may be irretrievably stolen.
- zerohash is not responsible for unauthorized, mistaken, fraudulent or accidental transfers, and you may lose the total value of your transaction.
